The serving is for 2-3 people. Cut ingredient amounts in half if for just one person.
cook the pasta in the milk on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, constantly stirring. Do not let milk boil, keep at a simmer.
After about 15-20 min, when pasta is al-dente and about 2/3 of the milk has evaporated, take off heat and add the cheeses. Stir well.
Add salt and pepper to your tasting and garnish with tomatoes(optional) to serve!
