Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with a Silpat or piece of parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to mix. Chill.
Make a patty out of ½ cup of the mixture. Place patties on the baking sheet and bake, for 30 minutes.
Flip and bake for another 20- 30 minutes.
