Cookie Dip


1 package
cinnamon graham crackers
1 bag
chocolate chips
1/2-2/3 bag
marshmallows, cut in half
  1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF.

  2. In a food processor or blender add the graham crackers and pulse until the crackers form crumbles about the size of peas. Sprinkle the crumbs into the bottom of a large oven-safe skillet or dish.

  3. Spread the chocolate chips over the graham cracker crumbs.

  4. Cut the marshmallows in half horizontally, and place the halves over the chocolate surface so that the chocolate is completely covered.

  5. Bake for 5-6 minutes until the marshmallows begin to toast.

  6. Turn the oven broiler to high and broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until dark golden brown or desired amount of toasting is reached. Let rest and cool for about 3 minutes.

  7. Serve with the remaining graham crackers to dip with!
