Apple and Brie Bites

1/4 cup
pecans

apple, cored and thinly sliced
6 oz
brie, thinly sliced
2 tbsp
honey
a dash
cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. Add pecans in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and broil for about 5-6 minutes, giving a quick toss midway through for even browning and toasting.

  3. While the pecans are toasting, core and slice a washed and dried apple into thin slices.

  4. Lay the apple slices out onto a serving platter, and layer with thin slices of brie.

  5. Drizzle honey over each apple slice, add a small dash of cinnamon onto each apple slice and top each with an even amount of toasted chopped pecans to serve.
