Preheat the oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Add pecans in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and broil for about 5-6 minutes, giving a quick toss midway through for even browning and toasting.
While the pecans are toasting, core and slice a washed and dried apple into thin slices.
Lay the apple slices out onto a serving platter, and layer with thin slices of brie.
Drizzle honey over each apple slice, add a small dash of cinnamon onto each apple slice and top each with an even amount of toasted chopped pecans to serve.
