Chef Sandra Mallut arrived in Las Vegas from Southern California where she went to culinary school in Pasadena. She joined the industry wanting to express her creative side and apply it in a different way towards food allows many creative avenues. Both her mother and best friend at the time were very ill and Sandra saw an opportunity to make changes in her life and she did.
Sandra is professionally and personally trained with many years of experience in event planning, culinary education, live demonstrations, competition management, staff recruitment and more. In Chef Sandra’s career she has worked with some of the top chefs in the world from pastry chefs, chocolatiers, sugar and cake artists, executive chefs, culinary celebrities, food critics and she strives to be a strong voice in the industry. Chef Sandra works with local culinary schools and engages students in local events and projects.
Sandra has a culinary consulting business in Las Vegas called 350 Degrees Consulting where she assists new businesses with their needs from creating the concept or training staff to social media. Some of Chef Sandra’s favorite ingredients to work with are Brown Sugar, Orange Marmalade, Rosemary, and of course BUTTER! Chef Sandra has goals for the future to create the 350 Degrees Brand in areas of cookbooks, more TV shows, culinary travel, education and her own restaurant café is in the works.
