Vanilla-Almond Chia Breakfast Pudding

vanilla almond milk

honey

pumpkin pie spice

banana, sliced
1/2 cup
sliced almonds
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add chia seeds, almond milk, honey, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon.

  2. Stir the mixture with a whisk every 10-15 minutes, about three times total to avoid clumping.

  3. Refrigerate overnight or at least a few hours, until the texture becomes thick and rice pudding like.

  4. Serve with chopped fruit such as banana. Garnish with almonds.
