Skinny Buffalo Dip

1 cup
Greek yogurt

ripe avocados
6 tbsp
frank's red hot sauce, or other preferred hot sauce
1-2 tsp
lime juice
1/8 cup
scallions, chopped
1/4 cup
blue cheese crumbles
1/2 bunch
celery, cut into dipping sticks
  1. In a blender or food processor, add the yogurt, avocado, hot sauce, and lime juice.

  2. Pulse a few times until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste test and add more hot sauce as desired to reach preferred level of heat.

  3. Spoon into a serving bowl, garnish with scallions and blue cheese. Serve with celery, carrots, or other vegetables of choice.
