Pear and Pecan Salad

pears - halved and cored
½ cup
toasted pecans toasted
¼ cup
crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp
sherry vinegar (for vinaigrette)
1 tbsp
red wine vinegar (for vinaigrette)
3 tbsp
olive oil (for vinaigrette)
1 tbsp
maple syrup (for vinaigrette)

This salad is the essence of fall flavors.

  1. Roast pears in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes to soften.

  2. Whisk vinegars oils and syrup together.

  3. Arrange pears on bed of arugula lettuces and drizzle with vinaigrette.

  4. Sprinkle with toasted pecans and blue cheese.
