Peanut Butter Fudge Truffles

1 batch
Chocolate Fondue
1 cup
Chopped peanuts
Optional
Bananas

Chef’s Note: Substitute cannellini beans for some of the nut butter for a lower fat version.

  1. Chill Fondue until firm.

  2. Using a small retractable cookie scoop, drop Fondue into crushed peanuts and coat evenly.

  3. Bananas are also delicious when dipped in Fondue and rolled in crushed nuts and then frozen.
