Simple, classic and absolutely perfect for a last-minute brunch date, you’ll be ready to impress at a moment’s notice with this Frittata’s endless flavor variations. You’ll never have to face a bland brunch again!

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Crack the eggs in a mixing bowl, add the milk and whisk until light and fully combined.

  2. Finely chop the kale, green onion, and onion and add to the eggs. Then
    grate the cheese, adding to the mix. Stir to make sure ingredients are fully combined.

  3. Pour mixture into a cast iron skillet or use individual muffin parchment
    cases to add a little extra to your presentation. Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
